- Hot Shots Golf 3 (NTSC) (ISO) (SCUS97130) PCSX2 Version: PCSX2 1.0.0 Issue: This game runs full speed (60FPS) at the title screen and in the rest of the menus, then drops down to 2FPS in-game. Obviously, having the menu running fast in a game doesn't really mean much, but for the game to drop down to 2FPS, I think there may be an issue somewhere.

Other comments: Starting in HW/SW mode and switching to the other did not help pass the loading screen either.
Oddly enough, it is a bit harder to reproduce this issue - sometimes the game loads without a problem. I can't seem to pinpoint what exactly is causing this. Messing with misc. speedhacks didn't seem to affect the loading error either.
IOP Interpreter/Preload TLB hack avoided the DMAC error but caused a reboot to BIOS
